Chapter 1. General Provisions

Article 1 The Application of Terms

These terms are for the internet services provided by ITAST Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Company”). Upon using the services provided by “Restoragraphy (an image of picture that is modified into unrecognizable shape) services” (hereinafter referred to as “Service”), this
agreement shall be finalized at the time a registered user of the Service (hereinafter referred to as “User”) presses the “Agree” button that
appears on the screen which the Service is provided, and it applies to all the relations with the Company.


These terms are for the internet services provided by ITAST Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Company”). Upon using the services provided by “Restoragraphy (an image of picture that is modified into unrecognizable shape) services” (hereinafter referred to as “Service”), this
agreement shall be finalized at the time a registered user of the Service (hereinafter referred to as “User”) presses the “Agree” button that
appears on the screen which the Service is provided, and it applies to all the relations with the Company.


Article 2 Amendment

The Company may change these terms without the consent of the User, and the User shall agree on this in advance. For the changes that limit rights of the User and impose new obligations, the Company shall give a prior notice to the User of such change and the time the change goes
into affect by posting a notice on the Website.


Chapter 2 Price, Service Content, and Terms and Conditions of Sale of Product

Article 3 Service and Price

Service content, price, and other details shall be listed on the home page of the Service.


Article 4 Terms of Use of the Service

(1) Upon using the Service, it is deemed that The User shall fully understand that when the User of the Service, or a third party who prints and uses Restoragraphy restores an image with the Company-provided smart phone application (hereinafter referred to as “Smartphone
Application”), restoration may not necessarily be accurate due to the conditions (visiting card printing quality, the degree of stain of a visiting
card, the brightness during restoration, the slant and blur of a smart phone during restoration, the amount of information of a printed image
etc.).

(2) The User shall fully understand that Restoragraphy printed on a visiting card is the individual’s personal information and the individual shall use such information upon agreement on providing to a third party who receives a visiting card.


Chapter 3 Duty of the User

Article 5 Use of Cookies

The Service utilizes the functions of a web browser called cookies to realize the desirable functions. Thus, the User needs to enable the use of
cookies on a browser.


Article 6 Prohibited

The User is prohibited from the following activities.

(1) To access, or change, alter, steal and leak the contractor’s data pertaining to other users.

(2) Actions that will violate or may violate the property right, fame, credibility, and privacy of other users, a third party, or the Company.

(3) Actions that will or may cause disadvantages and damages to other users, a third party, or the Company, including posting on a message
board etc., which includes the internet that can be viewed by anyone.

(4) Actions that will or may violate public order and morality, or provide information that violates public order and morality to other users or
a third party.

(5) Criminal actions or any actions that will or may lead to criminal behavior, and antisocial activities.

(6) Providing information that is or may be contrary to facts.

(7) Actions through or in regard to the Service that are for the purpose of profit or for its preparation other than the intended purpose of the
Service.

(8) To use or distribute harmful programs such as computer viruses etc. through the Service or related to the Service.

(9) To interfere with the provision of the Service by imposing a heavy burden on the Company’s facilities or telecommunication facilities
connected with the Company’s facilities.

(10) To interfere with the operation of the Service or destroy and defame credibility of the Service.

(11) Actions that violate laws and regulations.

(12) Other actions that the Company deems inappropriate.


Article 7 Discontinuance of Services

The Company may discontinue providing the Service if the User falls under the following items.

(1) Failing to fulfill obligation of these terms.

(2) Violating the duties stipulated in these terms.

(3) Engaging in activities that fall under the 1st Clause of Chapter 6.

(4) Using the Service for the purpose of causing trouble to a user who directly or indirectly uses the Service provided by The Company.

(5) User is unavailable at the registered phone number, address, email address etc.

(6) Other cases that the Company deems inappropriate. When it is deemed especially inappropriate, we may discontinue the restoration of the said image or all the images that the User created with the Smartphone Application.


Article 8 Suspension of Services

The Company may suspend providing the Service without notice in case of the following .

(1) Unavoidable circumstance such as maintenance or construction of the Company facility

(2) Interference with telecommunication service of other telecommunication companies that the Company or a member uses for the provision
of the Service

(3) User Access exceeds the capacities of the Company’s facilities

(4) Unavoidable circumstances due to failure of the Company facility

(5) The occurrence of a fire or a blackout etc

(6) The occurrence of a natural disaster such as earthquake, tsunami, flood, eruption

(7) The occurrence of war, riot, and uprising

(8) Security problems such as password leakage

(9) Other unavoidable circumstances due to operational and technical reasons


Article 9 The Handling of User Data

The Company will follow the privacy policy as separately specified, and properly manage the User’s personal information.


Chapter 4 Miscellaneous Provisions

Article 10 Discharge

(1) According to the rules of these terms, the Company shall not be held responsible to the User or other third parties for any damage caused
resulting from the User being unable to use the Service.

(2) The Company shall not be held responsible for any reason whatsoever for any damage caused resulting from the usage of the Service by
the User or a third party or damage otherwise relating to the Service.

(3) The Company shall not be held responsible for any reason whatsoever if the User and a third party could not gain the desirable benefit
upon using the Service.


Article 11 Intellectual Property Rights

Any rights related to the Service (ownership, intellectual property rights such as patent rights and copyright, portrait rights, and publicity rights etc.) belong to the Company or the third party holding the right, and the User shall not acquire any rights upon using the Service.

The User must not violate any rights related to the Service such as ownership, property rights, portrait rights, publicity rights etc.

In case of problem such as infringement of rights resulting from the violation of these terms, the User shall solve the related problem at one’s
own discretion and risk, and shall not cause any trouble or damage to the Company. In case of causing damage to the Company, the User shall be liable for compensation for all the said damages to the Company.


Article 12 Compensation for Damages

If the User causes damage to the Company by violating these terms, the Company may file a claim for all damages caused.


Article 13 Cancelation of the Service

The Company may cancel some or all of the Service due to business or other reasons. In that case, a notice shall be posted on the web site in
advance.


Article 14 Agreed Jurisdiction

Any disputes in regard to these terms or precautions will be subject to the agreed district court having jurisdiction over the location of the
Company’s head office as the court of first instance.


Article 15 Governing Law

These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with Japanese law.
